INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp honey
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add the dry into the wet and blend. Fold in blueberries. Evenly divide the batter between 9 muffin cups. Bake for 15 mins. Enjoy!
