GRANOLA BARS

INGREDIENTS


2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes 1 1/2 cups almonds 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or chopped pistachios 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 1 1/2 tbsp water 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter 1/3 cup almond or peanut butter 1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a baking pan. Place the almonds, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds in a food processor and pulse. Mix the flaxseed meal with the water and let soak for 3 minutes. Add oil, almond butter, honey, and vanilla. Add thes rest of the ingredients and mix. Spoon into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 mins until golden brown. Let cool and cut into bars. Enjoy!
