LIVER PATE

Time: 30 mins.

INGREDIENTS


  1. 1/4 cup bacon fat

  2. 4 cloves of garlic

  3. 1 sweet onion

  4. 1 stalk celery

  5. 1 pound liver

  6. 2 tbsp aged balsamic or apple cider vinegar






INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Melt bacon grease in a skillet.

  2. Add onion and garlic.

  3. Add liver and cook for approx. 10 minutes.

  4. Add vinegar.

  5. Remove from heat and blend until smooth.

  6. Transfer to ramekins or mini mason jars.

  7. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
