HEALTHY CABBAGE ROLLS

INGREDIENTS


Ground beef

Cauliflower rice (optional)

Diced tomatoes

Fresh garlic

Italian seasoning

Crushed tomatoes






INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Soften whole cabbage in boiling water. Let cool.

  2. Mix ground beef, egg, diced tomatoes, cauliflower rice, garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  3. Peel the leaves from the cabbage and cut the core.

  4. put the meat filling into the centre of each leaf and roll.

  5. Place rolls into a casserole dish.

  6. Cover with crushed tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Cover with tinfoil and bake for approx. 1hr.
