INGREDIENTS


  1. Pork shoulder

  2. Lime

  3. Fresh Cilantro

  4. Cumin

  5. Garlic

  6. Corn tortillas

  7. Avocado

  8. Mayo

  9. White onion







INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Put pork shoulder in a slow cooker and season with salt, pepper and cumin.

  2. Let cook for approx. 8 hours.

  3. Blend mayo, avocado, cumin until smooth.

  4. Dice white onion.

  5. When meat is soft enough to pull apart, drain off excess liquid and shred.

  6. Lay out on a cookie sheet and broil for 7 min and return to serving-dish.

  7. Warm tortillas in foil wrap at 250.

  8. Serve with a slice of lime, avocado, radish, fresh cilantro, and purple cabbage
