INGREDIENTS
Pork shoulder
Lime
Fresh Cilantro
Cumin
Garlic
Corn tortillas
Avocado
Mayo
White onion
INSTRUCTIONS
Put pork shoulder in a slow cooker and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
Let cook for approx. 8 hours.
Blend mayo, avocado, cumin until smooth.
Dice white onion.
When meat is soft enough to pull apart, drain off excess liquid and shred.
Lay out on a cookie sheet and broil for 7 min and return to serving-dish.
Warm tortillas in foil wrap at 250.
Serve with a slice of lime, avocado, radish, fresh cilantro, and purple cabbage
