  1. lamb rib chops

  2. olive oil

  3. lemon juice

  4. Minced garlic

  5. 1 1/2 tsp sea salt

  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  7. 1/2 tsp dried oregano


  1. Separate chops with a large knife.

  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, sea salt, turmeric.

  3. Rub all over lamb and cover to sit for 30 mins.

  4. Pan fry lamb in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
