lamb rib chops
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Separate chops with a large knife.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, sea salt, turmeric.
Rub all over lamb and cover to sit for 30 mins.
Pan fry lamb in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
