HEALTHY APPLE FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS


¼ cup coconut flour

1/8 cup arrowroot flour

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1 egg

2 tbsp Milk/coconut milk

¼ cup honey

1 medium Granny Smith apple, cubed

1 tbsp butter/ coconut oil






INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Mix the coconut flour, arrowroot flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add egg, honey and milk. Mix to combine. Add the apple cubes and mix. For each fritter, drop one Tbs of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Brush with butter and bake for 15 minutes.
