Bunch of asparagus (4 spears/person)
1 pkg bacon
sour cream/vegan yogurt
Set oven at 375
Wash asparagus well. Cut or snap the woody ends off of each spear.
Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wrap asparagus in bacon either in singles or bunches of 3-4.
Bake for 20 mins.
While the asparagus is cooking, throw together the sauce:
1 cup horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream or plain vegan yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs lemon juice
Few drops tabasco
Salt + pepper
