INGREDIENTS


1 acorn squash 1 bunch of kale Roasted pecans Red onion parm cheese (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS


Cube and roast squash at 400 degrees for approx. 30 mins. Let cool. Chop kale Into a serving bowl. Top with squash, pecans, red onions and sprinkle with goat cheese. ENJOY!
